Maths Anxiety?

If you feel you suffer from maths anxiety, you may have experienced the following:

  • Emotional symptoms: feeling of helplessness; lack of confidence; fear of getting things wrong, shame, embarrassment, overwhelmed, panic, confusion.
  • Physical symptoms: heart racing; irregular breathing; sweatiness; shakiness; biting nails; feeling of hollowness in stomach; nausea, dread, dizziness.

Students who have asked for my help sometimes struggle to overcome these initial feelings and it prevents them from interacting with my method - which is a great shame as they are missing out on its benefits.

Up to now I have struggled myself to come up with a particular solution until I came across a therapist called Carl Jackson.

After only 2 hours with him, my own anxiety and trauma was completely erased.

I heartily recommend him to you to help if you feel you are ready to overcome your maths phobia, shame or any other obstacle preventing you from moving forward with your learning (and your life!)

How to Proceed

Below are the contact details for Carl. He can see you both face to face and online. His fee is fair.

I urge you to take a step forward and try something different.
